Kevin & Renee Payton
Kevin and Renee Payton want to help transform the globe by motivating, challenging, and encouraging churches and individuals in reaching the lost and unreached. Before working with the Global Transformation project, they served in Ukraine for 16 years.
The Global Transformation project has several aspects:
- Help recruit for and inspire a commitment to the Great Commission by speaking at Bible colleges, campus ministries and churches.
- Help churches build better relationships with their missionaries.
- Help churches in their local communities to connect with internationals in order to provide opportunities for sharing the gospel.
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38
OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL TENNESSEE
Greg & Lydia Pitner
Daniel (Bo) & Bek Harding
The goal of OIT is to reach the international community of East Tennessee with the love, grace and gospel of Jesus. W want to partner with people, churches, and other missions to more effectively reach those who have never heard the gospel. Our mission is to reach the “unreached” community.
This team consists of two families. The Pitners, Geg, Lydia, Garner and Mae have been living in Maryville for over 10 years. The Hardings, Bo, Bekah, Lila Belle and River who moved to Maryville from the Tri-Cities to help complete the OIT team. Lydia and Bekah are sisters which makes for a great team dynamic. “We have been hanging together as a family and talking about ministry for years. It wasn’t until we converged at the 2011 National Missionary Convention that we let we needed to be in full time missions.”
Each member of this team has had many cross-cultural experiences. The Hardings were able to live in East Asia as Englisih teachers, and the Pitners have been overseas to Haiti, Japan and East Asia. Through these many opportunities these families have continued to feel the call to reach the international community. Each team member has man formal skills that help them fulfill this mission. Lydia has an Elementary Education Degree, Bekah has a Bible and counseling degree. Greg has a Bible and Preaching degree and Bo is a Bible and Media major. As Goad has put all these pieces together they began to see the culmination of all their past experiences and spiritual gifts come together.
“As Christians, we need to have a growing realization that the gospel matters most. Students and families continue to gain a lot from their experience here in America and we feel that it would be a tragedy for them not to hear about Jesus. Sadly, most say that they have never heard the gospel and some of them have lived in the States for years. As we find ourselves having more opportunities to work with the international community that surrounds us, the burden continues to grow to show them the daily Christian walk.”
It is the goal of OIT to teach the “unreached” about Jesus. It is their mission to do this to the best of their ability. “With God leading the way, we del the combination of our combined skills and love for one another will help lead others to Jesus in ways we could never have imagined. Having local churches backing us helps develop a network of prayer and communication that would otherwise be impossible. We believe that by embracing this partnership, we can both win new believers to Jesus and recruit disciple makers from within the body.”
OIT is seeking partners in this ministry to the “unreached” international community. If you feel led to partner with OIT in fulfilling the Great Commission, we would love to hear from you.

“Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.” Psalm 82:4
We seek to end human trafficking on a global scale by educating others about this modern-day slavery, creating a community amongst abolitionists, and offering a safe place for victims to receive unconditional love, hope and Christcentered counseling. Rescue Innocence was launched officially on May 31, 2012 and has spent years now combating the sex-trade through partnerships with other organizations.
Based out of Columbia, Missouri, Rescue Innocence works to educate others about human trafficking. Rescue Innocence speaks out for the victim and we want to help survivors heal and thrive. In order to educate others we go to conferences, camps, retreats, churches, youth groups, schools and more to teach about human trafficking. Issues addressed are how prevalent this modern-day slavery really is, what it looks like, how to stay safe, and how to make a difference.
As part of our global initiative, Rescue Innocence works in partnerships with Uganda NO W Outreach, to help educate over 1000 children and have been a part in providing food, digging wells, and building classrooms. Our cofounder and president Brent Messimer has spoken to thousands of Ugandans about trafficking while sharing the Gospel and value each person has in Christ.
Messimer first visited Uganda and fell in love with the culture and people and works directly with dedicated Ugandans and a solid team State-side to provide opportunities for these children of Africa. Four years now Messimer has been a director for Uganda NOW Outreach and visits Uganda regularly to train ministers, educate about human trafficking, and to teach and preach in underdeveloped areas where children are vulnerable to being trafficked. Our effort to keep kids in school is a preemptive strike on human trafficking as children are graduating with a bright future ahead.

MISSION FIELDS UNLIMITED (USA)
Ron & Cheryl Hoyer
“Going where few people want to go, Where many people want to know.”
Mission Fields Unlimited takes the gospel to the unreached people of the world, discipling them to be followers and evangelists of the Lord Jesus Christ. India is a large target area with over one billion people and millions who have never heard about Jesus. We also work in West Africa, Haiti, Cuba and Guadeloupe to strengthen and encourage existing churches and evangelize the unreached. On a recent trip to India, two new churches were established and teaching took place for ten churches desiring to follow the New Testament pattern for the church.. Approximately 60 souls confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior and were baptized into Christ. Also, training was given to native evangelists to assist them in ministering to churches that have been established.
Part of our ministry includes supply preaching, revivals, mission presentations, and interim ministries for churches in the US, especially those who are small and struggling. Funds are needed for the continuation and growth of the established ministries in India as well as new work that needs to be done. Workers are welcome to travel with me to these fields that are ready for harvest.
